CSP 1: Lewiston, Id July 1947. John adds "I got the photo from Warren Miller. Yes, it IS a "hi-rail" rig." Jim Morefield adds "This is actually the first photo that I have seen of the CP-1 with this tire and wheel configuration and with an intact steering wheel. It lasted into the 60's when the engine block froze."
